Rural Living Financed
Finding financing for rural properties like farms can be challenging with traditional financing. We provide unique resources to meet these pressing needs.
Land Loans and Full Time Farm Loans: We can lend on bare land for either recreational/ag potential from $500k-$100 million (can have up to 30% improvements on it if not bare land) and full time farm loans with multiple parcels up to $100 million (almost all farm types allowed, e.g., Dairy, Poultry, Orchards etc.).
Hobby/Rural Residential Loans: Rural living often comes with challenges in finding traditional financing. Many properties are considered ineligible by normal lenders. We love our farm communities and work hard to find solutions. We can serve all of these types of properties that normally don't fit for banks:
- Properties with income producing (schedule F income)
- Equestrian homes, homes that have leased farmland
- Properties with up to 3 total dwellings on one parcel and we allow multiple parcels
